How We Built a Tradition of Trust

Midland Title West has served Central Ohio families and businesses for generations. Our roots go back to the 1960s, when local attorneys began providing title insurance to meet growing demand from savings and loan institutions. By the mid-1980s, the company was known as Midland Title, and today we remain one of the most trusted providers in Madison County.
Kevin Flax, who started here in 1992, purchased the company in 2017 and continues to lead with the same dedication to accuracy and service that built our reputation. Alongside attorney and co-owner Aaron Miller, our team of licensed agents and escrow officers works every day to make closings seamless for buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and investors.

Over the decades, the tools and regulations have changed, but our mission hasn’t: deliver closings that are smooth, secure, and handled with care.
